ok now just getting rediculous. So I called last week again( What the hell ), Did not want to anyone other than a manager, I spoke the secratary, She told me she would have someone call me back,, . .... So about 2 hours later I get a call from a guy( Says he is a customer service managr) I talk to him for about 30 mins- tell him everything (including this thread) that has happened , How dissapointed I am in them, He assures me he will fix this and call me back in 30 mins, an NO WORRIES I will not hang up on you and I will call you back, 30 mins I WILL call you back, UM Still waiting( 6 days ago)...

 

making me second guess buying their intake now :/ whats all this cutting im hearing about. want to save my stock stuff for lease return....

 

Probably not the best intake for a lease. There is info on this forum about how to install and the cutting you have to do.

 

Finally talked to someone but nothing in 4 days now, They actually called my dealer to tryto work something out with them??? Dealer left them a message last week and no call beack to them or me?

 

Ok so the next call I make will be over this guys head. I was blown off three times of Friday.I told him it was VERY important he call me back an guess what nothing!! I even check the website for the Stillen bucks and even the FN fine print says the bucks are even redeemable through a authorized dealer WTF So I can pay them (authorized dealer) with the bucks but Stillen says they will not honor a purchase through them. OFFICIALLY the worst company ever. Will be looking for the owners voice on Monday when I call.

 

Keep us updated man, After watching their video on you tube with the red Z i wouldnt expect this from them.

So got a call yesterday and was told they where going to make this right. Really going out of thier way on this. I can not get into the details but really happy with the outcome, They tried reaching me last week with this but missed there call, Had phone issuse the end of last week.They are stepping up.
