That is scary.. How do we get rid of scammers like these ? Fawk .. People like this should live in a volcano ...

 

true.. ironic a few members here run adv's and paid big $ to that crook. its sad to see this cycle repeat. in a few years this forged specialties guy will come back and scam some more people. i hope he looks at all of this and just decides to offer a full refund, this is nonsense.

 

So I posted this in the Gencoupe forum and read what member NXXT had to say .. Another satisfied Forged Specialties customer . Way to go Chris Quintana !!!!

yeap. Bandwagon syndrome on ADV1 wheels. That's why it's always good to have a thorough research or a good background knowledge on ANY forged wheel company before getting some. That's why you go pure JDM cuz you can't go wrong with it... or go with wheels like DPE or HRE or D2forged which I haven't really heard of much BS.

VIP Modular is another drama azz company like 360Forged and ADV1.. though they may have actually proven themselves after all these years..

 

Report them to the BBB?

OP sorry about what happened to you... I don't trust any of these companies that are new to the game. It's these situations that make it harder for new legitimate companies to prove themselves.


Sadly they'll probably be out of business long before BBB could even file the paperwork.

Yeah I agree with this.. Keep him on for now and see if he is able to correct the situation for NBS... if not, ban him in a week or so!

Damn this just keeps getting better and better or worse depending on who's perspective.

Does not look like this will be resolved because even if he were to send brand new wheels they would still be ****. Refund does not seem to be in his vocabulary. They will no doubt disappeer and pop back up under a new name with a whole new line up of alter egos.
