Forged Specialties (BEWARE)

I was going to post this on the 370z forums but the thread was closed as I was replying.
I thought I would share my opinion on this situation. I used to work in the wheel industry (5+ years in the industry) and have a lot of experience with business/customer relations.
There's a reason some companies don't offer certain finishes, whether it's due to inconsistencies, durability issues, etc.. If you know your product has issues with a certain finish, don't offer it. If they are still adamant on getting that finish, the worst case scenario is you loose a sale and move on. The last thing you want to do is offer a finish that has known issues as it will come back to bite you in the..
In regards to customer satisfaction and the options he was given, I don't think it was handled properly. The fact that he received the wheels at "cost" does not matter one bit. That does not change the fact that his wheels are having multiple problems. He should not have to put up with these issues/run around just because he received a better deal than the average customer, it's a moot point and shouldn't be used to steer away from the real issues at hand. If the customer is truly unhappy with the product received, he should be given an option to ship the product back for a full refund. Yes, you will loose money on the sale but if this is a "once in a blue moon" type of situation (as you have mentioned multiple times), then it won't affect your business in the long run. In fact, it may strengthen your reputation as it shows you stand behind your product and accept responsibility when an issue arises. You may feel it's acceptable to offer another finish now that he's having issues, but if he doesn't want to go that route you should accept it and offer him a full refund. After all, he didn't get a product he originally ordered (meaning one that's problem free), so he should be given the option for a full refund.
And last, learn to properly use there, their, and they're. This further shows a lack of solid education (possibly why these basic business practices are lacking) and would scare me away from doing business with your company.

I manage/own wheels direct with a silent partner, sorry but that is all I can give you. You all have your personal lives and I do not ask about yours. I manage a clean business, and run it like so, and my customers love me. I have a large amount of repeat clients, I am just speaking on what I have seen.
To be honest though, I have been told to say nothing more. You guys can talk all you want, it is life, but like I said before. Blaine you were offered options to fix your wheels by their policies and warranty and you denied them. I am sorry if anyone gets offended by me no longer answering, but all everyone is doing is trying to gang up.
Sadly enough, I have been a member on my350z for over 6 years and never once made waves. I owned my 350z, and went to MANY meets. I know people locally that would stand up for me without question. THe moderator that banned me, joined around the same time or after me too, so thats just great.

Let's forget about NBS's whole scenario right now...why are you parading around forums as a "fan" of Forged Specialties wheels when you're really an owner/the owner of Forged Specialties?
You don't see that as being shady?

I'll break this down for some of u guys:
Christopher A Quintana is a managing member of Sevas Forged Wheels with Gabriel O Paredes, President of Wheels Direct Online along with Gabriel O Paredes, President of Horizon Trading Inc with Gabriel Paredes, President of Forged Specialties with Ryan Castro. Lissette D Gonzalez and Gabriel Paredes run ID Performance Inc.
So the owner of Wheels Direct Online also owns Forged Specialties...... Way to keep trying to differentiate that they are not linked. This comes to show once again that a majority (not all) of wheel companies coming out of Florida are not good to do business with. I would like to reiterate I am not saying all companies, just a majority of them.

Guys I have already admitted who I was, and we are a good company and not scum. We are just trying to explain the real story.
Blaine, please refrain from lies, the last time we fixed them, we refinished your center, re-chromed your lips, and reassembled. We literally made brand new wheels for you at our expense, with very reputable companies in CA, mainly b/c we wanted to get your wheels back to you in a timely fashion. So I did not lie, you posted pictures of the wheels after you had driven on them, how else did you figure out that you had a flat, you said you had to get towed correct?? So how am I a liar, just stating facts.
We have decided to bring out the entire story in one statement tonight. We will try and post and then you all can take it as is. I will say nothing more, but in all fairness you guys do deserve an answer. I know how it is to be on a forum and be thrown every which way. We will explain to you the details of company ownership you are all asking about, and explain the true story of Blaines issues. I am not saying he has told a complete lie here, he has just left out ALOT of details that we must say in our defense.
Wheels Direct and Forged Specialties are not a bunch of crooks, though we may not be the big guys, we are the little guys trying to bring a good product and good service.
Hopefully we can all be mature about this, and be reasonable and understand/accept both sides instead of looking at it from just the wheel owner. Tonight we will post, I give you my word and I will try and address all questions you guys have asked.
Vosseng37s, I know who your friends are, and please refrain from posting more lies. I understand Jonathan may not like me, but I have very good reason to have an issue with him also. Please do not mix personal drama with this.
