Update .. All attempts to get this resolved has fallen through.. I have been quiet here for a few days and this is what happened .. I have been talking to Chris and we were making ground on how to settle this . Until I received a call from wheel repair guy stating they cannot move further with the wheels.. It turns out tha there is hair line cracks on a couple of the spokes . I went to the shop and yep they are right. They told me they would of never of found it if they did not strip the wheels. One is completely through the spoke . Another is half way and the other one is just starting . I would of wrecked due to the wheels falling apart. I spoke to Chris about this and he said all he can do us cut a new center . I am so pissed right now .. All he keeps telling me is that he has to replace it under warranty and it's not his fault . It could only of happened at the the finisher he sent it too . So it's not his fault and he then goes on to tell me I would not of wrecked .. So bottom line is he will not refund any money and Nothing is his fault .. Posting updated pics soon ..

such BS he needs to honor that and refund or do a swap, thats exactly why i love my vossens, 5 year workmanship warranty. This guy is funny but man i feel your pain!

 

There is now way I would feel comfortable on these wheels even after a swap . This is so Sevas all over again . He keeps telling me all he can do is cut some more centers . This is just ridiculous .. Issue after issue with these wheels ..

 

Why don't you send them back and ask for a refund?

 

Wow and it gets even worse. I was 50/50 about fixing them as a reasonable resolution but now I think a refund is 100% in order. Good luck.
