No CCW does make their own wheels, as well as Forgeline, but you have another thing coming to you if you think DPE does. Please so I can try and resolve this with Blaine, stay out of it. Dont get mad at me b/c you were lied to by your company you bought from, i have my own customer I have to deal with so do not clutter with bickering at me.

I guess you didnt read the statement, I am on a commission basis with them and by contract must sell a certain percentage to keep said ownership. I am not going to release personal info like that so, please read the statement before posting.

Blaine you have not been contacted, b/c you have violated everything we asked. I am offering you the option right now, so that everyone in the forums and public know that you were NEVER left to dry and took this to the forums on your own will.

If you really wanted to take care of your customer, you would have stopped posting on here already and resolved the problem. He was nice enough to give you not one, not 2, but 3 tries at this to make it right. Is he satisfied? Easiest solution is for you to get off the forum and handle your business outside of it.

He has made it public now, so we publicly have to handle it, no way around it. He went against exactly what FS said, that if he would post on the forums he would be denied warranty.

I am the one fighting, b/c I am not scum and neither are they. No one has made out good on this, and we are offering a good and fair solution. Nothing will ever be perfect, but we have to try and eliminate all possible issues that could arise. Again we are publicly offering to get him new lips, and reseal them, double the thickness if need be for the seal.

Whether or not another wheel company cuts their own centers is irrelevant, the fact that you as an owner of a wheel company called them liars shows how you have sh!tty business practices and are not to be trusted

NBS, sorry to hear about your misfortunes on this deal and thanks for bringing this out to the attention of the forum. It unfortunate that your example is being used as a warning to others.

In short if the wheel company you are seeking to buy wheels from do not follow any of the wheel standards....Look to spend your money elsewhere.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alloy wheels standards include various testing procedures to determine the reliability and quality of any vehicle's wheel. The following is a list of the most recognised alloy wheels industry standards:

ISO 9001:2000 Certification - International Service Organisation (ISO) is a global collective which set technical standards (testing and qualifications) for several international industries. ISO 9001:2000 is the latest quality management system (qms) for businesses. It basically creates a unique structure, development and implementation of a QMS in order to increase the quality of business transactions, quality and customer satisfaction.

JWL Certification - Japan Light Alloy Wheel (JWL) standard is a certification level instituted by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport which requires that alloy wheels being purchased in Japan, must have the JWL mark on them thus showing the alloy wheels to have passed through a rigorous self-certification process.

VIA Certification - Vehicle Inspection Association (VIA) is a third-party group in Japan which can test and verify whether or not any alloy wheels can meet up to the JWL certification tests.

TUV Certification - Technischer Uberwachungs-Verien (TUV) translates to Technical Examination Association in Germany. This is another third-party testing group which began in Germany and now has locations worldwide. The TUV Certification is the highest performance and durability standard any product can hope to meet. To even be considered for testing, all companies must first be ISO 9001:2000.

Now you know what alloy wheels standard certifications are important and should be prominently displayed by the alloy wheel manufacturer.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I hope you find resolution to this problem :'(

Not going to post in here anymore, if he wants to handle outside that is fine. Its doing no good and everything keeps getting off track. I agree its irrelevant by the way, but if you call us liars and then proceed to think its ok to be lied to by others, I see as a bit unfair. Its ok its a forum, so we are done here. I apologize mods that we could not keep it on track to resolve it on the forums.

So in other words it's unfair for people to call you a liar but it's OK when you call another wheel company liars...?

Your logic is astounding

There you have it folks .. Forged Specialties is not going to come through unless I send them the wheels again an let them try to fix it. It's obvious there is huge integrity issues with this company . If Chris wants to continue his shady and lying tactics than so be it . There is plenty of proof of the lack of quality of these wheels by me and others . It's really pathetic and low that the scammer is trying to play a victim due to me telling him I will take this to the forums if they do not reimburse me my cost to fix these properly.. Chris and everyone associated with F/S ..... Your are liars and crooks.. You hype your own garbage and some people buy into it like I did . For that you are scum saying you take care of your customers .. You have no idea what integrity and running a competitive and honest company is ..

Denied warranty for posting his experience with the company. Now if that isn't shady practice, I don't know what is...

Dear F/S! Sometimes you gotta lose a little money to gain money. If I were you guys I would make Blaine a conpletely new set since you guys already tried a few times repairing his originals. Imagine what type of reviews you will receive if you guys would've done that? Now that's real customer service IMO!

So, 163 posts and still no resolution.. the fact that there's a "silent partner" and so many different names thrown around already raises a ton of bs flags in my books but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Blaine, what is it you want of them at this stage? Repair of your wheels? Refund? Please state it clearly so we can work on a resolution, if you lost hope and want them banned, that can be arranged as well.
