Problems with 180Custom

Anybody have issues getting a response from 180Custom? I've been trying to contact them numerous times to resolve an issue, but I still haven't received any response from them.

I placed on order for a painted grille, but when I installed it, it was actually for the coupe instead of the sedan (my vehicle type was never discussed). I received an initial response from them, but when I requested them to send me a return label, they never responded back. Now I'm stuck with a grille that I have no use for .

how long ago has this been? because they are posting on here everyday...and they respond to private messages and have a phone number that you can contact them on as well...

Since Monday and I know they've read my PMs because I received read receipt from them.

I'm pretty sure 180 said in another thread (that you replied in) that they wouldn't have prices or anything for a week or two..

Yes true but I was referring to my PM! Glad he answered the Qs I'n a post but a PM would have been nice.

If you asked about a lip, and they don't have concrete info for another week or two.. how exactly do you expect them to answer your pm?

OP - 180 seems to be on the up and up, i highly doubt they want to run into their past problems.. Did you try calling/emailing..

I know the feeling, that does suck they sent the wrong grill.

I've been PMing and emailing trying to get info on putting a switch on the ironman LEDs. When i got the LEDs replaced under warranty they were supposed to cut the right wire so i can put the switch in when i installed the lights. It took like 6 months to get the lights back so i understand forgetting to cut the wire for me but they haven't had a reply on which wire to install the switch into.

Hopefully they get back to you and you get the correct grill back

Probably better to call them and get it taken care of before slamming them on the forum.. And if you talk to them and you still don't get assistance, then you should escalate the matter.
