what I really want to know is how these exhausts are passing your quality control? Its not like they are cheap! Also why your biggest concern seems to be recouping your losses instead of sending out what you advertise(quality wise)? I was actually thinking about getting the GRIP for my sedan, after hearing this I think ill keep my stillen.

I also think that NeverBoneStock should be refunded his installation costs!

That was in reference to the 350z. We were the first for the 370z and G37 models. Please don't take this out of context.

As for Neverbonestock. I have nothing negative to say about this customer. I (Alex) am taking care of him personally and will follow through with all the inconveniences that we have caused him.

Im sure neverbonestock can comment on this and it will run parallel with what I am saying to the community about this siutation.

Take what out of context? Come on... Who is the one taking things out of context here? That's just sneaky. Vendors should be held to a higher standard than to manipulate the members of a forum into believing something that just positively is not true.

Nowhere in that thread do you mention the 350Z system. Are you honestly going to try to tell a bunch of Japanese car enthusiasts that ARK Performance, a company established in the 1990's, came up with the signature canister design of HKS, a true Japanese performance part company that has been around for twenty+ years longer, prior to HKS themselves? The HKS Hi-Power exhaust systems had nothing to do with your design process? Give the members of this forum some credit.

Talk about taking things out of context. You would be perfectly content if everyone reading this thread bought what you said, "Funny how we released the product before HKS" and believed that ARK was the true visionary for that exhaust system and that you came up with the design. That is just not true.

Any semi-knowledgeable enthusiast will not buy that response. They will know that HKS has been a pioneer in the industry long before ARK ever came around looking to make a dollar.

Furthermore, if you read the link to that thread where you attempt to make the ARK system sound superior to the HKS, you mention companies "lowering their quality to maintain profit during these hard times," then you go on to show pretty pictures of your piping. I don't think I would be the only one to suggest that the OP's exhaust system looks nothing like the one you advertise in those pictures. So, honestly, is ARK really "taking chances" and "upping" their quality in these difficult times? I don't think I would be alone in suggesting they are doing just the opposite.

Please don't patronize the members of this forum. Not everyone will believe every word you guys say. I don't doubt that you will take care of the OP, as you should, but I am pretty sure this thread opened the eyes of many members here.

Maybe you were predicting the future of this system when you created the thread entitled, ARK Performance Inc., GAME OVER.

I am sorry to hear that NeverBoneStock. I was one of the customer who bought the prototype, and waited for 8 months for the production shipped to me. And I paid $180 (two times labor) + $50 ship the prototype back to them. After that, nothing negative experience to me. And I have the production one on almost a month long. But guess what, my HKS is arriving tomorrow!!

The first for the G37 ?! The HKS was being sold almost a year before you even became a vendor on here and anounced your "exhaust" was being finished. Im not trying to be an a$$ but come on. Lets be honest here.
