How is it not reasonable? It is there fault for sending a faulty product... Everyone knows installing an exhaust isn't the most easiest things to do so the average joe is almost always going to take it to a shop to get it installed. I think its fair to cover the install costs at least half of it.

i think the company better get their business right and refund you for the whole installation fee too. i mean after all that, you still have the patience being nice and not naming them directly, even though we all know who it is and will never buy from them. it is their fault for sending you a defective product which in turn causes extra fee.
i was looking into ARK as an option also and have asked Lou to quote me a price but if they are doing their business like this, i will definitely bring my money somewhere else.

I browse there quite a bit but I've never registered. I'm not sure what you mean about a pic you can't delete?

NBS, I'm surprised you didn't look at the exhaust before installing but that is horrible. That exhaust look like it was one of the refurbish one that ARK apparently like to sell off as new.

Honestly it looks like a prototype exhaust. I have been going through tons of ARK pics and it looks like one .

it could've been my friend's that returned the muffler to ark and they resold them to you.
