Jesus Christ people...why does everyone automatically assume they are trig to screw customers over? Give them a little credit. Every time I've ever sent/received something the tracking # (ESPECIALLY with UPS and FedEx) has taken some time to update.

If it's been 2-3 days and it doesn't work, fine, but don't get a lynch mob together after a couple hours

LOL it was a joke... I'm sure they were taking care of him. ARK has been in the business for a while and I never really heard anything negative about them or their customer service.

Wow, just read this thread. Sorry to hear that NeverBoneStock, i hope everything turns out fine. I got my exhaust from Amp, so didn't go through ARK personally, but i did have a few PM's with Alex and he Always replies back, even some irrelevant stuff. He should help you out. And for 'horror' stories, its probably the fitment issues they had on the first batch, that i read before too. But they fixed that on the 2nd batch and fitment is ppeerrrfect. Btw, i am all halfway across the world in Asia, so i had international shipping too, and it cost a lot, but ARK did not disappoint. Hope this will be a one time issue.

I didn't have any problems with my ARK, it arrived when it was suppose to, the box was fully intact and wrapped sealed properly. I had all my gaskets, bolts, nuts, washers you name it. I would def buy this exhaust again.
