Damn, wow. I've ordered JWTs, Tanabe rear axle exhaust, and MXP Catback from Andy without too much problem - before things started going downhill. Sad to see he couldn't follow through on all his business. I hope you guys all get this resolved.

Sorry all you Andy haters... but even though the guy was struggling in the past, he is trying to do what he can and complete his orders with people... Add me down as another satisfied customer with the follow up of the Pre-Order for the ARK Performance Grip Exhaust ! I called to Triple B and got all the info on the shipping, to include tracking #'s and arrival dates, so nope no scamming going on here... I just hope to everyone who had a bad experience with him can leave that in the past and look at the brighter side of things... he's trying and following through !

And before I go... I would just like to thank Andy from HPAuto for his good business and customer service ! We never lost communication throughout the whole process... back to back emails and long talks on the phone, just goes to show that he is trying to make a comeback and redeem himself... and by following through with his orders... he surely has ! I have always been a fan of HPAuto and I think I will continue to be... Thanks Andy !

I'm with you on this one. It does really suck that some people didnt get their stuff, but I've always had very fast and very good customer service from him. Between phone calls and text messages he helped me out a bunch, so he's got my vote. Hopefully everyone else's issues get worked out

When did you get your MXP? I ordered mine in JULY and still haven't received it. Played the whole fake UPS tracking number game and now can't get any response at all.

 

I think you'll find most people that are currently being screwed by HPAUTO also had a great relationship with Andy previous to thier last order which never got delivered. Just be aware you're playing russian roullette with 5 chambers full in a six gun... Six chambers full if he asks you to order by paypal and offers an even bigger discount! It's just a matter of time.

 

wait he gave you a fake ups tracking number also?? i ordered rim and tires paid 4500 for them and have not recieved them yet when i payed december 21 2009. i have a tracking number but it says its never been picked up and he is saying that he sent the rims our 3 weeks ago and all they have to do is be shipped one state. it seems like he is giving me the run around. what should i do. my bank has contacted him and im about to get a lawyer in this

 

too bad i heard all of this too late. i ordered about 3 months ago. so what should i do. file in small claims court. anyone want to help me out on how i should go about getting my money back

 

ive been trying for the past year to get my money back, he strung me along until I couldent make a claim anymore. If anyone has any suggestions I would welcome them.

 

I tried ordering springs about a year ago, still trying to get my refund. I just ordered from someone else and got it the same week. I'm tempted just to give up on it...I'm sick of trying with this guy.

 

Threads about Andy ripping people off have been going on for 6+ now, how did you not see any of them here?

At any rate, get your lawyer on him, small claims court, and call the FBI as this is interstate fraud.
