Dead Battery due to BCM/VCV Valve, Will Infiniti Fix, car has 15k miles, but a 08

So it seems this is my main issue on my car.

Issue was fixed for everyone under a Technical Service Bulletin, my problem is I bought car in Nov 21, 2007, It is Almost 5 years now, and Warranty is gone after 4 years, the car has only 15,000 miles on it, I literally have not drove it for a while because I was pissed at the battery issue and thought it was associated to aftermarket sound system but battery still dies, so I am sure its this BCM or VCV Valve issue.

Battery has been replaced and its a good charging and working battery, but car will die if not start daily, in 24 Hours battery will die to a point where it needs a jump for car start up.

You think Infiniti will charge me up the A$$ or just do it as its a TSB??

THANKS FOR INPUT ANYONE

Explain it to the service advisor like you did to us. Maybe they can extend the "goodwill" warranty for this problem. It's worth a try. Good luck.

Ya I will just wanted to know if I should approach him in a certain way, it was taken in for this same issue in late 2009, early 2010, and everything was supposedly fixed.

I hate having to schedule, wish I can just take it in to them tommorow morning and on the spot leave my car there. Was thinking of calling the old dealership fr 2009/2010 and also calling the dealership car was bought from
