I was told i have one free service from infinity, can anyone tell me what are the terms and what is or is not included into that service. I have few issues i want to adress with the car but i dont want to pay for all of it and want to see what i can milk from the company. So please guys any info would be great full i need this done withing the next 48 hours. And do i get a loner car while mine is in service?

You should get a loaner. The mileage doesn't matter until you turn in the car at the end of the lease. "Issues" in the first month should be warranty issues? If you list them, perhaps we can comment better.

well when i drive and let go of the gas and the engine is braking on its own i hear metal banging in the rear only int he braking stage. Last night i had my car parked and when i turned it on to move it my front left tire feels like something is stuck somewhere in there and when i drive it feels tight and making a serious rubbing noise/feeling of the rotar or something. Im scared to drive it anywhere. Im planning to come home take the tire off and see if my eye catches anything and put it back in hopes that it will go back to normal.

Just bring it in. It's a lease and I highly doubt youve surpassed the mileage limits in a month. It will most definately be a warranty issue and they will repair what ever is wrong.

i have over 8500 and i had the car since DEC 2011 and i got 10000 per year. Im scared that they will make me pay for all of it when the banging noise and that tire issue came out of the blue and i had nothing to do with that.

I can tell you this, warranty is warranty. As long as you're under total mileage, you're good to go.

When you return your lease, if its a 3 year, with more than 30000 miles, you will pay then, not before.

You can drive 29,999 miles in the first year, no one cares. But you will have to park it the next 2 years, unless you want to pay for the extra mileage!!

You're suppose to drive you leased vehicle no more than 11,000 miles a year but that does not mean that your warranty is tied in to those anual miles. Your cool and will be covered by the 4 yr/60k mile basic warranty.

You may want to reconsider all the miles you're tacking on so soon because it can get very expensive for you at the end of lease. What is it...$0.10 a mile if you are over on milage?

The biggest issue is that you haven't had your oil change as per the manual. That could technically void the warranty.
