I took my car in for the battery drain issue a little over a month ago when I got back from vacation and the car was completely dead. I did mention the TSB when I brought it in, but the service adviser didn't seem aware of it. Anyways - they called me back later that day to let me know the BCM was bad and that was the cause of the battery drain, but that it was on back order. They weren't kidding about it being "back ordered"!!! I finally got the car back 4 WEEKS later!!!
When I picked up the car I was really happy to find out that in addition to replacing the BCM, they also replaced the VCV and put in an upgraded battery. Everything seems to be working great.

*UPDATE* After six months of having an upgraded battery and my EVAP valve replaced, I have had no issues until just recently. My car has died 4 times within the past month! So I finally got it to the dealership to have it looked at again and also made a call to consumer affairs to open a case.
So Sewell Infiniti told me that a TSB was put out recently for the battery drain issue and they said the ECU software was the culprit. So they needed to update it. My Cobb AP posed a problem and I had to uninstall it. Of course, the battery died while uninstalling it which was another issue all on its own. Finally got the car back after a couple days and so far so good. But we will see how it goes. Now I just have to inform Cobb to update their software so that I can get an updated map for my AP.

yep, my car didn't start yesterday
noticed it was cranking and took a little longer to start
thought maybe it was because of the weather
since it was kind of cold here
everything seems to work
just doesn't start
so got to call Infiniti roadside assistance to come and give me a jump
then take it to the dealer tommorow

Be sure to tell them it's after your car sits a couple days. Otherwise, the TSB doesn't apply...
Does the customer do one or both of the following?
• Only make frequent short trips with the car.
• Store the car for long periods.
NO
STOP. This bulletin does not apply. Return to ASIST or ESM for further diagnostic assistance.

Had my battery, evap valve replaced and ECU reprogrammed a few weeks ago. Took it in after having it jumped twice over the weekend, dealer didn't cause me any issues.
Then the next day my SES light came on, after a week I went back and they replaced my gas cap, haven't had a problem since. Don't know if the 2 were connected or just a coincidence.
