^^Did anyone bother to read that? I just got back from the dealership after waiting 3 months for a new head unit to come in and they dont even switch them out anymore. They just reprogram it. Mine works fine now and I still have all my music and stations saved and all the voice commands.

Just came back from the dealer for this issue. They are going to replace my radio. They showed me the receipt for the order. Should arrive in 4-5 business days....

Does this mean that my Navi might be update to the 08-09 Version?

My stereo just started skipping presets on me this weekend. But I have the KP Technologies navigation bypass and all the original voice commands. Will I still lose my voice commands? Do I need to have my navigation bypass module removed before I take it in?

Almost two months later, and still not radio replacement. I have been trying to get in contact with Glendale Infiniti, but they keep giving me the run around even thought I have the receipt, they gave me informing me of the faulty radio!!!

The new TSB solution to reprogram the preset is BS. The underlying defect is still present, once you go to a diff city and the system recognizes that even though its the same freq but a diff station, the problem will come back. I had Glendale (they suck) reprogram my unit as per the TSB, but I had previously been waiting for MONTHS on end for Santa Monica to replace my unit until they finally went out of business. Obviously, I never got my replacement unit >
