If you are using the steering wheel controls to cycle through the inputs it won't stop at Ipod if you don't have it connected. It will only go through A, B, C, and Music Box

Nope. This is just using the "Disc/AUX" button on the console. I just got back from the dealer and they had to order another radio for me.
Just an FYI guys the "AV UNIT" which is the cause of this issue are on back order and have been for a long time. I have about 20 units on order and my oldest order is back from sept so be prepared to wait.
The TSB has been amended in early December and no longer requires a replacement unit. I just had mine fixed yesterday after waiting impatiently for 3 months.
I read the bulletin and it states something about if you drive to a different city the radio will know it is a different station than the one programmed and the preset will turn off. This made perfect sense to me since both the presets that were broken on mine were stations that I listen to out of my area when I travel.
