Let us know.
My "new" one was the "B" mufler....which now has a BUZZING sound that reminds me of a ricer civic.... The dealer has another one on order but since they went on BO, I have no idea when I am getting number 3......

I want them to just call FI and order me one from there

I got the same buzz. Looks like the new muffler doesn't like the HFCs.

yeah i got the buzz too after getting HFC.... ^^^
I did not want them to blame it on HFC so i put my OEM HFC back on and went to the dealership. They said the raspy noise is normal now.... i dont know what to say to them... they wont change it. (3rd time)

How does a ****ty part with busted baffles and welds not deserve replacment? I would go straight to the Service Manager and then to the District Rep is necessary. WTF do they care when there is a TSB and they know the part is J U N K ????

Go aftermarket bro... Then have Infiniti re-imburse you whatever amount of money it costs them to replace your muffler with another stock one... I've heard of some dealerships doing this so it's worth a try...

I am leasing, so will that be an issue upon lease-end?

Nah, not if it's simple bolt-ons... They just won't warranty the aftermarket exhasut... Just be sure to keep the stock system so you can replace it when your lease ends...

This is my situation....
I got the new "b" muffler and I still noticed rattling. So I took it to the dealer and they didnt do anything because they think thats normal. Since than I didnt care much. Few weeks later I installed HFC and the raspy noise got worse. Like fast few days... the raspy noise is 10 out of 10 when its cold. I will post some video but I cant get the good quality sound. I am planning to take it in to dealership but I am worried that they might say my exhaust warranty was void cause of HFC. What should I do?

replace the HFC's with stock part before you go in to the dealer or they won't even look at it.

Not true! Since there is a TSB they shouldn't have any problems with it. It depends on your dealership because some are just jerks but with it being a TSB they normally will help you it you bring in the TSB.
