Will the 07 M be an M35 or M37
Will the 2007 M V6s be M35 or M37?
I like my M but I feel its underpowered.
(I didn't get an M45 because my M is the M35x...its my winter car).
I wouldn't mind having a 3.7 litre with 330hp. I think that would be just right for the car.

Someone posted in FreshAlloy with proof that Infiniti has trademarked G37, FX37 & M37 Early this year. So, its coming with G37 coupe first then FX37 and then M37. I would guess M37 might be an O8 model or a late 07 model.

The name word marks don't guarantee the cars will be coming out as those models. It does allow Infiniti the option of doing that and also the protection a competitor will not try and steal that label.
It's most likely the models will change along with the displacement as seems to be the trend with Nissan and many others.

Nissan has registered the names "Infiniti G37," "Infiniti M37," and "Infiniti FX37" with the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office. Typically, companies register names of new products a few weeks or months before their introduction. Infiniti is widely expected to unveil a new G Coupe and Sedan at the New York Auto Show in April, based on the Infiniti Coupe Concept. It appears the company will also use the opportunity to transition from its current 3.5-liter V6 to a new 3.7-liter engine. The M and FX model lines — which currently use the same 3.5 liter engine — will also be transitioned to the new engine, but it's not clear when. So far, there is no reference to a Nissan Z coupe, nor is there any reference to a "G45" or "G40" as some fans had hoped. There is also no reference to the much-rumored Nissan 450Z." It's possible that Nissan has scrapped plans for a G45 and 450Z, and instead focused its high-horsepower efforts on the Infiniti GT-R.

You numbnut...obviously if they jack up the horsepower on the V6 that means the V8s will also jack up in power.
M35 is underpowered.

The M35 has the most powerful V6 in its class. You can call it underpowered if you like, but for reference:
Audi A6 - 255hp 3.1L
BMW 530i - 255hp 3.0L
Cadillac STS - 255hp 3.6L
Lexus GS300 - 245hp 3.0L
Infiniti M35 - 280hp 3.5L (most powerful in its class by 25 hp)
