That would be awesome and would definetly lock in my decision regarding which trans to choose

What about Infiniti putting that engine in the G? A G50 would be pretty nuts.

The front is ok. The rest of it is hot. Overall I would buy one.

Yes, the FX is quite the amazing vehicle. It covers a lot of territory.
From being a cross country cruiser to autocross to the track.

I've taken out Corvettes, Porches, and Audi Quattros while autocrossing and held my own with TT's, BMW's, and plenty more at the track.

With my winter Blizzaks on it, I've pushed through snow up to the Infiniti logo on the grill. They're virtually unstoppable in the winter with the proper tires.

I don't much care for the design of the new ones, but they're supposed to be a little lighter and the numbers will be better, more than likely.

With my modifications, I'm about as fast as a stock 45 right now, up to about 110 mph or so.

Wow, earlier this year when I heard a major redesign was in the forecast, I was considering holding off my new car purchase until this one came out, but, in my opinion, it looks way too aggressive. I'm still partial to the more sporty, but not angry looking previous design. I also miss the M-style lay out of the radio and nav controls, though the new wood design is cool. Overall, I'm happy I chose to get the '08 FX as opposed to waiting (though a sweet 470/ month lease on a 2008 fx35 with touring and hands free package may also be a factor contributing to my elation

I think I like it. Gotta luv the 5 liter. How long until someone tries to jam one of those in a 37 body?

Looking forward to seeing one in person. I like it. I'm certain this will pave the way for a possible "M50" maybe even a "G50" and it was announced that the "Q" is coming back in 2009 and will have this engine as well.

Here's a great vid of Ghosn unveiling the FX50 in Geneva. I am really loving this new FX.
