^Look at mine, I just took them right now. I hope you can see it in the picture.
The trick after trim the air inlet is just keep the screws loose to let you twist the tube side to side until you see that it aligns as best as you can with the air inlet, while keeping it separated from the PS bottle and THEN you adjust all screws. That's what I did, and look at my pictures.
NOTE: If you can't see it clearly, I can tell you, both sides are at the same height right now. BUT, in my buddy's car it was just a tiny bit higher than the driver's side, just a tiny bit, but not as high as in JWT pictures.
Now compares it with the picture I took after I first installed it. You can see the difference by looking the front of the filter.

For those of you that would like more info about the air inlet trimming and how it can affect the installation, go to this thread and see the pictures and info I posted about this. Peterbanks is selling his because of this, I just posted some info there to try to help him decide if he still wants to sell them or keep them.

I'd say overall, fairly minor. I just drove into the office this morning (downtown CC) and there is some storm surge along the coast line with lower levels flooded with sea water. nothing like brownsville/south padre, of course. we got good rain, probably 5+ inches, and ironically enough, this whole area needed it for the most part. been a drought here for a while
