There really isn't much of a creative way. You don't want to bend them too much or else they wont spin so freely. The other thing you can do is bring them out of the carpet on top so they are not just hanging like mine.

nice drop btw Max, maybe I should drop mine another half an inch or so. I wonder if these springs will settle in a bit or not.

well my left one isnt really sticking out much and i will probably push the right one a little further in when not using and just pull it to spin. Plus, don't really care much, its in the trunk lol.

It will settle but only a ver small amount. Maybe another .1-.25 inch.
