^^ It helps stiffen up the chasis and prevent body roll. Makes a big difference on the car.

^^No, most of the braces will not fit the X. The only one I think will fit an X is the SUS-1320 (Front Strut Bar) That one does make a difference since the car never came with one. I would add these braces to a set of sway bars in a heart beat. Sways are a very good mod for these cars, especially if they are adjustable.
