You can tell from the photos that they are washi. They are still aluminum however, just washi textured aluminum. That's probably where confusion arrises.

All you need to be concerned with is that these are the good ones, they won't show all those lovely scratches from your watch like the old ones. Still be gentle when you reach in the map box though.

Are instructions provided to swap them out, or do we need a DIY made?

DIY instructions...
1)snap off old door handle with butter knife
2)replace with new door handle
3)look cool

I figure at some point anyone with a lease is going to have to buy these before returning your car. Might as well enjoy them for a little before that. No matter how cautious I am, I still knock my watch on them.
