My apartment in the UTC area does not have any area where I can wash my car. I know there is a water outlet at UCSD's Marshall upper apartments that people used to use for car washing if they brought their own hoses. Does anyone know if car washes in that area are still allowed?

I've never heard of people washing their cars in the uppers. I go to the self-wash on Clairemont Mesa, and for a few bucks, I get my car sparkly clean. :]
