My interactions with Miller have been mixed. I first went there very happy, the service was quick and I enjoyed a nice snack while waiting for my service.

My next visit was a disaster. I had made an appointment and showed up early. Despite there being no other cars in the service area, and several service people wandering back and forth, I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my car. I finally had to flag someone down to take my car only to find that my service manager had scheduled an appointment during a meeting, so I had to switch service managers. After I finally got the car to someone, I waited for over an hour and a half for my car to get an oil change. I finally looked outside to see my car parked in front, ready to go, it had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes if not much longer. I had to ask someone if my car was ready, at which point they did not know where my keys were.

After a terrible survey review, they offered to pick up and drop off my car and provide a rental and free detailing for my next oil change. I decided to take them up on that offer due to a busy class schedule that quarter. I arranged for an appointment time and the person bringing me the rental and picking up my car was over an hour late (mind you, he was an hour late AFTER the hour time period he was supposed to be there, meaning he couldn't make the 15 mile trip in 2 hours). Miller cited traffic as the reason for this (it's true, traffic is bad in this area, but they live and work here, they shouldn't have miscalculated by 2 hours). This resulted in me being late for class and having to reschedule the appointment. When it was all said and done, I got a free detailing (although the detailing was sub par and not worth even half the price if I had to pay for it). Miller has left such a bad impression on me that I'm not going back there again.

Yeah...I had a couple of bad experiences there too and never going there again. Both incidents were for an oil change. The first time I was left sitting in my car for about 15-20 minutes. Noone came by so I left and rescheduled. The second time my service consultant "forgot" about me. This would never be the case at Infiniti of Monrovia.

This is what I did with Miller Infiniti. Check out my post regarding my sales experience at Miller Infiniti. https://www.myg37.com/forums/buying-...e-to-fx37.html

Called Infiniti Consumer Affairs 800.662.6200
gave both my vin numbers
1. 01 I30
2. 09 G37S

Told Consumer Affairs that I have been 10+ years Infiniti Owner. Made a owner's complaint against Miller Infiniti. The very next day I was contacted by Local Infiniti Specialist. Resolved all issues without any hassle.

So don't argue with Miller, they will never listen to you. Call Infiniti Consumer Affairs. They will gladly do it for you.
