Cars and Coffee Irvine - Car Meet Saturday
Went early this morning for the first time to the Cars and Coffee meet in Irvine. Seemed well organized, large parking lot filled with people and cars, photographers everywhere. I saw found a GTR and a few modded Z's, but I was the only G. Had a great time taking my own pics too, exotic car engine sounds were all over.
I drive down from pasadena on some Sat mornings so if anyone wants to do a meet and group drive down there, G's need to represent more space on the lot! Post up if anyone's interested in a group drive...
we could meet up near pasadena/glendale around 6am and cruise down. Here's some pics from today.
THere were a line up of bikes too, but caught one of the brand new BMW S bikes... so awesome
Found only one G, and it was calling for reinforcements!

It is very apparent that you were low on battery and had to use this gentleman's paint job to complete your photo shoot.
Nice shots, thanks.
Take care.

It's every Saturday. Every Saturday.
If you really want to see a specific car, it's usually a good idea to check some other forums, as they usually coordinate and flood the meet with, for example, a ton of vipers, or like 40 Cobras, etc.
If you want to see exotics being driven, go to the track (even more important to schedule here). Last weekend, POC (porsche owners club) was at WSIR with anything from Boxsters to Carrera CUP cars. Hell, people were taking Cayanne Turbo S' on to the track.

Yeah its every saturday, but it'd be cool to do a drive with G's, Z's, GTRs, or at least meet up there... but i'm tied up for the next 3-4 weeks tho, i'll post up some possible dates for a group drive, maybe mid to end of Jan will be enough time to get word out on a group event
no didn't see it, I got there late apparently though so people were already leaving
this thing is really early, starts at 630am and supposed to go til 830. I got there at 8 and there were people leaving already... i heard that groups and car clubs head out for breakfasts after the meet so that was probably the case.
yeah I did a drive through around the lot looking for other G's to park with but didn't find any... so just found a spot near some porsches and mustangs
