In terms of service:
The old Santa Monica dealer was terrible, don't know about the new one that just opened.
Van Nuys (Miller) Infiniti is absolutely terrible, I actually time my services so I can drive to San Jose to get my car serviced at Beshoff instead of at Miller (I don't even live in San Jose o_O)

Sorry, just service----I fricken hate Miller, they are such A$$holes--Having loss power when trying to accelerate...sucks cow dung.
