Metro Infiniti and Montclair

The finance person at Metro Infiniti in Monrovia, told me that they are not related to or affiliated with the Montclair Infiniti.

Cheryl at Metro is the best Service person that I have ever met. She had almost restored my faith in Dealer service... until I dealt with Ross. His mission is to get in to an argument with you. He has some serious attitude problems and should not be working at a position that deals directly with a customer.

I got my car from Infiniti of Montclair. I found that everyone there in the sales department was knowledgeable and very helpful. Personally, I dealt with Kirby Jones and Miki Takasaka, and finally Shawn Teheri for financing. Great staff all around, and when I went to pick up my car, Cordy Cerami the GM even stopped by to say congrats.

As far as service goes, I go through Henry Perez. My car isn't modded, but I've definitely seen my fair share of modded cars there, and Henry agrees. I've talked to him about being "mod-friendly" and he said that they try their best. IMO, customer service there is awesome.

When I went to Metro in Monrovia (which is actually closer to where I live), I found their sales staff to be not as knowledgeable and quite unfriendly. I can't comment on the service department, but I know they are definitely mod friendly as one of the sales consultants drives a modded coupe.

+1 for Cheryl at Metro Infiniti! She handled all my warranty needs with no hassle, even got the service techs to go out of their way for my needs!
Altho I can't say much about the older service advisor (forgot his name), I think he's the service manager, he just blames problems on mods or goes about saying thats a common problem with are cars.
