I just filed my complaint to infiniti. I guess I'm not the first.

#1: They will charge you $7-$15 for loaner car, even if you make two weeks advance appointment. If they don’t like you, no mater if you called 3 times to confirm, they won’t put you inside their loaner. “I’m sorry, we don’t have the car for you today.” Umm.. you said you had one, and what are those cars for?

#2: If you don’t get your car serviced there, get ready to get your warranty service turned down. I got lectured for 30 min from the service adviser (Randy) saying since I don’t get my maintenance serviced at their dealer they won’t know what’s causing the problem. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

#3: Even if you video record your car’s problem in HD and even if the tech see the video and confirms, they will not fix it."We need to see, feel, hear it in person."
#4: They run this scam where they will break your car parts and make you come back few times to get it fixed and bill it under the warranty service. I have over $XXXX damage bills they billed to infiniti because their tech didn’t know whatda heck they were doing and broke my car. I wonder if infiniti knows these scam.

You should avoid this dealer if you want to drive your car rather than bring your new car every week for the next 6 month. Because that happened to me.

sucks, guess it's time to drive to valencia infiniti or riverside infiniti. I like glendale infiniti cuz they have all the parts in stock but never dealt with maintenence. At Valencia Infiniti they know the LAGs so they just skip the bullcrap and do it cuz they know we'll put them on blast haha

I have had a lot of problems with them too. They will blame anything on the collision that I had (side swipe my right fender), even if its is completely unrelated. My brake judder issue they said sorry can't do it because it's a wear and tear part and it could have been caused by the collision. We need to authorize 150 dollar charge of inspection. I showed them the TSB on warped rotors and they changed their minds.

BTW I noticed you have a lot of modifications on your car and they will give you **** for that. I remember over hearing them give some G35 driver **** over having different color temp HID. I am not kidding, the guy had a problem with his AC unit (his car was in warranty) but they blamed it on his 6,000K HID. RANDY is such a joke. He was telling the guy "These cars are so heavily monitored by electronic units that you never know what can happen when you change a piece of it". What the hell do you mean you never know its your job to know.
