Yah, it was clearly the corvette's fault, so everything is good through insurance. My dads car is already fixed up and hes driving it again, and he wasn't hurt.

The guy came speeding out into a left turn, while my dad was inching forward into his left turn lane(4-way intersection), and the corvette guy just totally misjudged I guess......

i don't think the corvette was doing 150mph...and even if it was, the infiniti wasn't at a stop....it was travelling in the same direction...so the velocity difference between the two could be as little as only 40-50mph depending on how fast the G was going...
