If you do get pulled over and the cop eyes the radar detector, you're almost certainly getting a ticket. Better off just not speeding while in that screaming liberal state.

 

cannot be cited for equipment violations (fix it tickets).

this means you cant be cited for window tint, moded exhaust, no front plate, sent to smog station, etc.

this is because those certain things may be legal to have in your state.

 

I honestly would not worry about it. I drive my G everywhere in SoCal on the weekends and cops honestly do not care...My car is really loud too. Been next to cops, behind them, infront of them, etc. I just mind my own business and follow the rules of the road...not acting like an idiot seems to do the trick. You will be fine if you keep it mellow.
