Santa Barbara Auto Group discontinues there Infiniti franchise.

Great! Now I have to go to the Oxnard dealership for service and warranty.

The service writer was a jerk and wouldn't do nothing and told me to go back to Santa Barbara to get my service done. I hope he got fired but I seriously doubt it. 45 minutes away (one way) and gas! I don't know what I can do besides having service done at Santa Barbara Nissian and any warranty issues done by the guys in Oxnard.

That sucks. I was planning to go next week to get my car serviced. Now ill have to head out to fresno.

I just received the letter too, oh coooooool.
The guy working there was nice, but wasn't that helpful anyway to me.
I still have many noises that still didn't go away.

I used to make fun of my friends owning Lexus and Acura for going to Oxnard every time to get serviced. Now, pwned. LOL

I've been to the Oxnard dealership two or three times.
They were okay.. How did they refuse you?
