My 10,000 mile coupe has been having the infamous moonroof popping/creaking noise when you pull out of the driveway. I have dealt with Infiniti dealerships in the past to know that most of the time when they try to fix something, they will break 2 other things and generally speaking, they are a pain to deal.

Here is my question: has anyone successfully was able to get this issue resolved by a LA based dealerhsip? If so, what was your experience? Please share.

I just don't want to take my car in only to get it back with headliner dirty, things missing, and more problems than what I brought it with.

Ok, they're not that far away (about 30 miles). How long did they have your car for? Did they take a lot of things apart? and were they able to fix it (without the popping sound coming back)?
