Just filed a claim the Lemon law

My window regulator went bad today as 5th times with bad throttle body which caused my car not to start this morning.
i was late to work 3 hours wating for a tow truck to nearest infiniti dealership.
i had a consultation with an attorney i brought all my service records and he is very positive.

i really hope to win against infiniti and completely get out of my lease agreement. im sick and tired of all these consistent troubles every 2 weeks.

hopefully i get the 335i once i win the law suit, i know BMW is bad in liability but im sure it would be at lease better than my G

i requested copies of all my service history from Infiniti, and you would not believe how thick they were

Just be careful with the attorney's, I'd contact the Bureau for Automotive Repair, they gave me a handbook about the lemon law stuff and were very helpful. They don't charge a penny, as your already paying for them with tax dollars.

I contacted an attorney that said the same thing about my car, but in reading his contract, there were a lot of loop holes in which I would have to pay out of pocket their legal fees, if anything other than the decision to take a cash settlement was used. So if the case never made it to trial, or I accepted another form of offer I would be on the hook for his fees, and he kept telling me, "you'll be charged nothing, and we work strictly on a retainer, if you don't get paid we don't get paid." But the contract clearly stated otherwise. Lawyers can be a tricky bunch.

I'd say continue with your Lemon Law claim, but I'd maybe rethink the use of a lawyer, there is always 3rd party arbitration, and other options as listed in this booklet the Bureau of Auto Repair sent me.

God reading about all these lemons and dealer experiences... I'm getting new car phobia, I may never sell my car! I'm sure it's still a very very small percentage but damn that would svck for a new car experience.

Good luck with the BMW, hope for a cherry!

I know he feeling. No problem with my G so far.

My 2003 Nissan Frontier has been even better. At 48K miles, I just changed by front rotors and brakes this past weekend. Put one set of tires on it, changed the oil, and that is it. My newer Pathfinder has had timing chain, powersteering pump, belts, idler pulleys, etc. wtih less miles. You just never know.

doesnt matter what car you get, i wish you the best of luck in lemoning ur vehicle, i cant imagine the anger u must feel toward ur car and the time that you've had to deal with it all, g or not, no one deserves this, and i hope you get satisfaction and justification on this whole matter.
