Announcement: Food Contributions Past due
Due to Long Beach's city permit regulations, I am not able to accept attendance outside of the PAID list, so please do not show up that day and expect us to accommodate for not being proactive sooner. Only those already on the PAID list will be allowed.
***There will be an incentive for those that paid on time on or before 5/16.

I have given everyone more than ample time to make arrangements to participate. Today is the last day for the latecomers to pay. The list will be finalized tomorrow.

-No we cannot meet up.
-No paying the day of the event.

The list is now finalized. Please remember to bring your ID's and show up early as possible for better parking.
Mandatory for check-in:
-Identification (There will be a system in place to prevent freeloading)
-$7 for parking
Some extra things we will need at the event as follows:
-water/ice coolers (Please pm me if you have an extra one we can use!)
-Portable BBQ (Please pm me if you have an extra one we can use!)
-Extra Chairs
-Beach Towels
-Sunscreen
-Small boombox radios
-Sweater/jackets
-Sports and recreational equipment

Announcement: Just a heads up on Parking Availability
I just got back from visiting the Park site and there is plenty of parking on the street adjacent to the spot that we have reserved. :thumbup: The street that is adjacent to the Park Site "C" is Willow St. Be prepared to pay $7 for parking if you enter, however from what I witnessed, the $7 parking fee may only apply to other areas of the park. It looked like first come first serve type of parking in my opinion. I was able to drive up to the park site without entering any sort of gates etc.
I will try and draw up a rendition of how the parking situation is when I get home.

Just got back home from running around. I needed an orange (flat bed) cart and a regular cart to carry everything at Costco. We just stopped by the Korean market and picked up some yummy korean BBQ and misc items for the home made stuff. 
My lady is in the kitchen making some home cooked food items as well. Add that to Tony's chili and we're going to have a feast!

Here is my bad attempt at illustrating how to get to Park Site "C" once you guys arrive. The major cross streets are Studebaker Road & Willow (Katella becomes Willow off of the 605 freeway).
I believe that there is street parking directly adjacent to the park site. I also made a little trail in green on how to get in coming in from Studebaker road.

Awesome meet guys! Thank you to the Sponsors and everyone that participated and/or contributed to this event. Big props to all of the caravan leaders for uniting everyone from the varying regions of NorCal, Las Vegas, and all of SoCal. :thumbup:
A special thank you to the cooks/food servers/clean-up "crew" for their contribution of sacrificing themselves in order to help everyone at the venue get situated and fed.
We will be running the final numbers on everything in the next couple of days, but it looks like we raised a nice chunk of cash to contribute to the Plehn family. :thumbup: We'll be sending off the final check with everyone's names included to the Plehn family later this week.
I am truly grateful that we were able to bring our Nissan community together for such a great cause. I look forward to future events/meets and look forward to seeing everyone again. Until then, thanks for the memories.
