Thanks for catching the announcement Brian. The contribution to the "food fund" is only:

-$15 per adult (18 & over)
-$10 per child
-Free for children under 4

The "food fund" will be used to purchase meat, chips, snacks, drinks, water, ice, etc. If for some reason, someone does not make it out, their contribution will be refunded to them following the event.

Announcement: Proper head count

I am planning on submitting the final paperwork to El Dorado park on Wednesday 4/29 to make sure we have a spot. Space will be limited once I submit the paperwork, so if you plan on signing up do so asap because once the list grows too much, I will have to exclude some people from the event due to permit regulations.

When putting yourself on the list, please also put who is coming with you as well.

We are going to have a list with screen names as well as well as real names to verify identification at the venue. So those that paid, please bring your ID's with you. There will be a system in place to deter freeloaders from taking part of something they did not contribute to. :thumbup:
