Not true.. I recently moved from there (Snow Creek), I had my G modded for the last 2 years, John also lives there, has a dropped PG on iForged 20's, and there is many in Rowland / West Covina area. But mine is a second car, maybe that's why you never saw it, but watch for Deputy Abe, he's always on Grand near the park, Amar Rd or off La Puente by the church serving tint and speeding tickets!

YEAH my dad got a ticket from that guy. i was in the car my dad was so pissed off. I live near lemon/amar i always see the cops there lol.
