Front Plate
#50
I specifically asked my dealer not to drill any holes.
It's law to have them in front where I'm from but not much enforced.
Safety checks will fail you of you dont have them on, so many people just "tape" them on when their yearly safety inspections.

hahaha, i didnt necessarily mean it'd get done on the same day.
true. im still not going to put on my front plates, and IF i do get pulled over by a cop, i think i'd rather have them sitting in my trunk than sitting in a drawer at home.
funny thing is, in my accord, my dad got into an accident and my front plate got pretty jacked. after the front body was fixed, i never put the plate on and kept the thrashed plate in my trunk. got pulled over one day, showed the officer the plate in my trunk saying i just got the car fixed and haven't received a new front plate yet and he said it was fine. not saying it'll always pan out this way, but better to have and not need than need and not have.
Officer Discretion......that's what it will come down to, I've been told by cops to admit to not having the plate and in a calm voice state you don't want a front plate for this reason. "I know most people keep front plates off for the asthetic purposes, but I leave my plate off because I know that gives you the right to pull me over at any time. Personally with such a car I'd feel better paying the fix-it ticket, knowing that if someone stole my car the police would be able to be pull the car over for a plate violation." Now as to if that really works, I haven't had to answer because I rock front plates. They could call you a rich dumb sh*t and give you a ticket anyways, but its the best excuse i've ever heard.
