Just wanted to let you guys know 2 places that I recently used (and recommend) for my G.

Tints - Solarworks (http://www.solarworksatlanta.com/)
They charged be $300 for ceramic Formula Pinnacle (35%). Lifetime warranty and they were very professional. Took them about 1hr and the install was clean. Maybe not the cheapest place, but they have been around for over 10 years, so getting warranty work done (no questions asked) shouldn't be an issue.

Detailer - Sweating the Details (http://www.sweatingthedetails.org/)
He came very highly recommended on Autopia.org. Charged me $35 for a wash (inside and out). I let him do my car (the first G37 he has done) and my wife's Camry. Took him 4.5hrs total, and he did an awesome job. Best of all, he is mobile, so he showed up first thing in the morning and knocked out both cars before lunch. Way better than any assembly line car wash staffed by kids or illegal aliens, he actually cares about your car.

Solarworks will not do illegal tint.

 

I had Custom Sun Control do my tint... You pay a bit more, but you don't have to worry about the quality. Danny does all the auto tint work and does excellent work. Award winning work that is.

 

Dont know what you are talking about. Just got mine done there two weeks ago and had them do 20% all the way around. This is the third car I have done there and they are great. I will continue to take my vehicles there. Like i said i got 3M 20% charcoal all the way around for $180 cash.

 

I'd be suprised if that's the case. Did they give you a receipt? Solarworks has always been known for not doing illegal tints. Perhaps their policies have changed though.

 

yeah, I wonder if we are talking about the same place, I didnt think solarworks even sells 3M.
