Atlanta Dealers

My experiences with the Atlanta area Infiniti Dealers:

Shopped at Nalley/Decatur, Nalley/Marietta, Infiniti Roswell and Infiniti of North Gwinnett.

I purchased from Nalley/Marietta - the only dealer that would come off MSRP.

1. Nalley/Decatur - Pulled the bait and switch on me, told me they had a Black on Black G37S Auto/Sunroof w/ no other options. They had nothing close, but told me they could locate the car for me and deliver it for an extra 1k. However, they could not even give me a price on ANY vehicle they had on the lot. Kept asking me how much I wanted to pay for the car. Every number I told them was followed with we can't do that price. How am I supposed to buy a car when I don't know how much it costs.

2. Infiniti of Gwinnett - Was very straightforward about what they had on the lot, but wouldn't come off MSRP beyond the 500 customer loyalty being offered by Infiniti because I had an FX. Told me they had customers driving in from hundreds of miles away to pay MSRP for their G37's. Yea right. Also very annoying in terms of calls, completely unwilling to negotiate.

3. Roswell Infiniti - Dealt with a nice salesman who was very upfront. Never got into pricing with him because they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot. But he tried his best to help me locate what I wanted.

4. Nalley/Marietta - Great guys. Quoted me a price thousands under MSRP over the phone. Gave me a decent price on my trade that I haggled up another 1k. Split dealer fees with me, gave me free oil changes, and tinted my windows. Gave me all the incentives being offered by Infiniti. Delivered the car the next day to my office no charge.

Just my dealer rants for Atlanta. Most of my dealing was over the phone, but 3/4 of the dealerships I actually ended up going into. I don't know if was because I am 26 purchasing this car, but I didn't get much respect from anyone but Nalley Marietta.

I went to Gwinnett. Mainly because they were very proactive about finding the car equipped as I wanted despite being on VPP. Overall, a good experience.

I went to Marietta today. The salesjerk wouldn't come a dime off the MSRP and tried to shake my hand and said you won't make a deal here and walked off, leaving us to escort are selfs out the door. Didn't even try to make a deal of any type. Also tried to sale me a base model, no options for the price of a premium package.

Went to Roswell and right off the bat, no hassel, and made a deal. I should seal tomorrow. $150 above invoice. Car is on lot. My down payment was biggest factor for there great pricing.

Union City was great people too. Just couldn't come off a little bit more. Just a little.

I just bought mine at Nalley of Decatur. I used the VPP,The salesmen that took care of me was great! his name is Darryl Ferguson, if you go to this dealership deffinitly ask for Darryl. These guys are excellent and treated me with respect and professionalism. They took the time to answer all of my questions and go over the paper work. They stand behind what they say with honesity and integrity. Dont waste your time any where else. If you want to know more P.M. me.

I haven't been there since Nalley bought the dealership (was Troncalli Infiniti about a year ago). There were pretty good then as well. I used them for service.

My buddy also went to Nalley of Decatur for a 08 G35 sedan. He was more than pleased with everything. Basically no hassel.

just picked up my 09 G37S 6MT (black, prem, nav, splsh grd, rear spoiler) at Nalley Decatur. The salespeople (Darryl Ferguson and Susan Chow) were easily by far and away the best people i have met, encountered, and dealt with in the car business. go there.

I contacted all dealers and went to Nalley of Marietta. I didn't have any problems there, but nobody in the Atlanta area could get me a used Athens Blue so I bought elsewhere.

I bought mine from Gwinnett. When I was looking to buy they were the only one in the area with a Vibrant Red coupe. Since she was an 08 still on the lot in February they started at 2,800 under MSRP.

I started at Nalley in Marietta but they didn't have the color I wanted. They are currently servicing my car.

So who is the best for service or warranty work? I went to Roswell Infiniti today and they charge you a "$60 diagnostic fee which is refundable if they determine that the problem is actually a manufacturing issue." That was an exact quote. Car is only 1 year old and should be under full warranty and I'm not sure that's normal or not for Infiniti or just this dealer, but I know Honda, Mazda, Porsche, and Volvo don't do that or tell you they do that on new cars still under warranty.

Doesn't really matter where you buy your car. You are just looking for the best deal on the new car. The more important question is who has the best service and service techs to work on our cars after the sale for maintenance and warranty work.

Where do you guys prefer to go and who do you prefer to work with?
