Please post your vendor experiences in this thread, whether good or bad.
NOTE: Before posting negatively about any vendor, please have the courtesy and common sense to contact the vendor and attempt to get a resolution to your issue. Stick to the facts - don't simply come here to vent or bash a vendor because you emailed an hour ago and they haven't returned your email; be fair. Be prepared to give support of your claim.
Feel free to comment on the product or service itself, value, their customer service, shipping policies and times, accessibility via phone or email, and any other helpful comments.
