rubber trim piece - base of windshield

Was cleaning my windows today and noticed this piece was missing from my passenger side ...

its the rubber piece at the base of the windshield that covers the corner of the glass and extends down under the hood and fender a bit - black piece on the left in the photo (not my car) ...

anybody know a part#? i don't even know what its called, tried to look it up on parts diagrams with no luck.

thanks for any help ...

Hey man I’m missing the same piece in the passenger side. Could you send me the link to where you ordered yours from?

i hate that, too ... sorry. LOL

it is easy enough to find, though, once you KNOW WHAT ITS CALLED!
to be honest, i don't remember where i bought it, but this site seems even cheaper than what i paid.

I know this is a very old thread but any chance on that part number? I tired to use the link but if came back dead. When I searched "G37 windshield filler cover" the results only returned LH and I need the Passenger side.

The previous p/n's I provided for the sedan are incorrect. Disregard the "4GA0B" part numbers as these are for the Q50 Sedan. While, technically, it is the same car, there may be minor design differences.

The CORRECT p/n's for the G37 SEDAN end in "JK60A." I have updated my original post to reflect this correction.

As always folks, VERIFY using your VIN BEFORE YOU BUY!

Not a coincidence

So I’ve seen and heard of at least four other people besides me missing this piece, I bought the replacement piece online installed it correctly, and me being curious as to why the original fell off I kept a close eye on it and found that it was loose today after three days of having it installed, I can see that the hood pinches it slightly when put up, does anyone have any ideas on the best way to keep it in place I thought maybe cotter pins, what does everyone else think? I know this is an old thread but just wanted to see what kind of responses I got .
