You'll be ok on the inside going by those pics. The poke is hard to determine until you load the suspension, those wheels will tuck quite a bit as you load them up. Wish I could give you a definitive answer on the 265s but I don't want to "guess" as I don't really know the specs on that vehicle.

255 will allow 5mm more room at the fender so they will be easier to recommend, and you'll have less sidewall bulge on the inside w/ that steering arm. Here's some plastic rings in the 76.1-66.1 configuration
Hub Centric Rings ( 66.1 - 76.1) 66.1mm to 76.1mm - JustForWheels.com
But the aluminum holds up much better so that .1mm should still snug up well enough to work fine.

Anyone can give me insight on TPMS sensors? OEM are expensive. What other options do we have?

Expensive-----CONTINENTAL EXTREME CONTACT SPORT
and i want them to last 25k

The second generation Nittos should work pretty well, I had the first NT555 and they were decent, they won't be on the same grip level as the Contis but should perform quite well for the price. As far as getting 25k, the edge would go to the Contis since the Nittos are a directional tire and can't be fully rotated (only front to back). And IIRC the Contis have a bit higher treadwear life based on the reviews I've seen, but

No, get good reviews though, but those are all season tires so you'll get longer tread life but sacrifice overall grip. Depends what your priorities are, and if you go All Seasons look at the BFG Comp2 AS and the Conti DWS06 as well.
If you deal with a lot of freezing weather and snow then All Seasons would be a better option, but otherwise quality Summer tires typically will perform better in most other conditions.
