I'm pretty sure I'll be swapping this Sunday. Temps will only be in the 30's (F), but sunny, with a forecast after that finally (!!!) staying above the freezing mark.

Slow Spring this year. Damn.

IT WAS THE BEST DRIVING SCHOOL EVER!!! My goal was to improve my driving skills and I had all possible types of weather on the same track and the same day. If you can keep control of your car when the grip is low, you can also do it when the grip is high.
Mosport is a fun track. I drove a long way to drive that track years ago with a friend of mine from Toronto. No crazy weather for me, but the concrete walls lining most of the track were enough to get me to tone the pace down a bit as I had to drive my car all the way home 14ish hours.

I dont know if you've been there recently, but the new DDT track they put in in '14 is nice and open...only concrete is really on the straight dividing the paddock...otherwise lots of run off...its a fun course in the G

Nice! No it was quite a few years ago so I definitely took it easy so I didn't have to limp the car a long way home.

LOL

I'll lament not having your healthcare system, and you can daydream about getting shot.

No, wait...

Nice!
However the rain you are getting now is going to be about 1" of snow for me, then freezing rain, then rain. I hope this is the last of the snow until the fall.

It's been snowing on-and-off here in OH since Friday night, though just flurries today. There was only a dusting on the roads early Saturday morning. The forecast has higher temps for the foreseeable future. I'm hoping that the plants I'd added a few weeks back have survived the cold...

I finally switched over to the summers yesterday too- more out of necessity since I took the G to its first track day. The car was quicker than I thought taking down some very fast and expensive machinery. (see below)
