From personal experience with shipping large items like these now, I would use ShipNEX to get the job done. With that being said I would expect shipping to be around $200 could be more or less depending on exact measurements once I have a chance to get those.

How are the conditions of the tires? I know that it adds extra weight, I may consider not taking up those.
