I haven't seen one available. I think the pdf is far more valuable than the printed version.
Most importantly, it has a search function. Can't do that with the printed manual. I print out pages as needed.
I suppose you can take the pdf to kinko's and print out. When I checked a while back I was quoted at about 12¢/side. Might end up costing quite a few bucks.

Haha I didn't really beat anyone to it, I've seen it for sale several times and scrolled past it and eventually something has made me go for it and I'm glad it did! Happy ever since haha.
