Bought these used but never installed them, they are 20MM H&R Spacers. The information I have is that they are 5X114.3 bolt pattern 20mm wide fits up to a 66.85mm wheel hub fits up to 66.61mm hub bore.
I will upload a picture of the part number stamped on the spacer later today.

BE ADVISED: anyone trying to buy these in hopes of using them on their G (or most other Nissan/Infiniti) these spacers are the WRONG thread pitch and will not work on our cars unless you use different but same style bolts and entirely new lugs! idk why buyer did not mention this..thread pitch is 1.5 when our cars are 1.25
