Inner fender, steering rack, right taillight G37s
As I'm located in the Netherlands where only are 51 Infiniti G's owners parts are not easy to get, so I try my luck here.
I'm looking for the inner right rear wheel fender (plastic part right above the wheel), as it is missing some on my car.
I have also a small leakage of my steering rack so I'm looking for a second hand one.
And last one is a right taillight, as mine is for an unknown reason modified with a piece of clear glass right behind the turn light.

Being in Europe you need these tail lights:
Genuine Infiniti G37 Coupe Nissan Skyline 370GT Tail Lamp Lights Amber Set New | eBay
You can not use US tail lights in EU.

And what is the difference between the Nissan 370GT and the Infiniti G37 taillight?

Here in the Netherlands you are allowed to have red or amber rear turn lights.
As far as I know the 370GT lights are equal to the G37 taillight, only the color of the turn lights are amber instead of red. As always I found JDM parts are way overpriced and in the Netherlands it's not a problem to use red turn lights so I go for the US spec tail lights.
The EU spec G37 does have a fog light but it is located above the license plate and therefore not included in the taillight assembly.
For information I attached a picture of my current taillight. And no, I don't think this is not an attempt to create a fog light because then it is on the wrong side (a fog light needs to be in the middle or on the left).

EU specs require amber turn signals. I went through this in Munich while trying to pass my daughters USDM 328i through inspection.
ECE 48 requirements
But you can't even use JDM, as the EU spec fog lamp is required.
The left EU spec tail light include a fog light.
You have a coupe, correct?
Your best bet is to buy a pair of EU tail lights.
PSS
For those reading this, asking hey I want that!!
The fog lamp takes the place of the left reverse lamp, that would otherwise be on both sides in USDM and JDM lamps.

The car is already 6 years in the Netherlands so I'm 100% sure the lights are not a problem. The fog light is only once a year put under my rear bumper as the car must have one for the periodic "exam" but you are not mandatory to use it.
The reason I'm looking for the right tail light is not because of the regulation but because I don't like the white circle in my taillight as it shouldn't be there.

The Infiniti dealer in Zaventem, Belgium showed me the EU tail light.
The EU spec tai light is amber as the JDM, but the passenger side reverse lamp is a fog lamp.
The circle was most likely installed by the previous owner in order to allow amber light to go through, by installing an amber bulb, instead of clear.
What do you do regarding manditory amber side turn indicators??
