I personally did not have to cut anything.. but some have had to open the air inlets a bit.

Won't fit a 370Z

Cheapest I've seen is $360 on ebay, without the rain shield which retails for $60, which puts you right back over $400, which is where most of them are for sale. Thanx for trolling.
