It seems that these springs do not fit the G37 Sedan. There is a separate part number 4N908 for the G Sedan. The spec sheet on the Swift website does not include the part 4N908 because it was recently released.

qpham has this on his sedan.

The main difference is spring rates, the application for sedans has a lower rate than for the coupe. The sedan application also isn't tightly coiled at the top.

For those asking about sedan yes they fit but you'll probably get a bit more of a drop and I think the spring rates might be slightly different for the coupe
