honestly looks. I haven't seen any breaking difference from my G37s compared to my boys G37!

Better braking with more pistons.

They are not just for looks as they are:

4 piston front
2 piston rear
Rotors are slightly bigger front and rear
Rotors are thicker as well

So with this you get better braking in a shorter distance, less strain with these rather then the base brakes.
